REVIVAL products are developed with the same standard we apply to everything we do — quality, function and attention to detail.
Some products are held in stock, while others may be printed, embroidered or produced following your order. Because of this, processing times can vary between products and collections.
We would rather take the time required to deliver a product that meets the REVIVAL standard than compromise on the finished result.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, it will enter processing.
Depending on the product, this may include:
• Order preparation
• Printing or embroidery
• Quality checks
• Packaging
• Transfer to our fulfilment or delivery partners
Estimated processing and delivery information will be displayed where relevant.
DELIVERY
Physical orders are shipped through our trusted fulfilment and delivery partners.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on factors such as:
• Delivery destination
• Products ordered
• Parcel size and weight
• Fulfilment location
• Available delivery service
The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.
ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME
For products produced or prepared following purchase, please allow approximately 15–20 business days for processing and delivery unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
Some stocked products may arrive sooner.
International orders may require additional time depending on destination, customs processing and local delivery networks.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
This allows you to follow your order from fulfilment through to delivery.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Certain orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations.
Where this happens, your order may arrive in more than one shipment and separate tracking information may be provided.
DIGITAL TRAINING PRODUCTS
REVIVAL digital training programmes and other downloadable products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Access or download information will be provided following purchase in accordance with the relevant product terms.
