RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Last Updated: 8 August 2026

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from REVIVAL ATHLETIC, also operating under the names REVIVAL and REVIVAL TRAINING CLUB (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This policy applies to both physical products and, where relevant, digital products including downloadable online training programmes.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Where applicable law provides you with rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, those rights will apply regardless of anything stated in this policy.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PHYSICAL ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, defective or not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Email: revivalathletic@outlook.com

Please provide:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault, damage or incorrect item where reasonably possible

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include:

• Replacement
• Repair where appropriate
• Full refund
• Partial refund where appropriate

Where required by law, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If you change your mind about an eligible physical product purchased online, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days beginning on the day after you receive the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

After notifying us of your cancellation, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law.

Returned items should:

• Be unworn and unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them
• Be free from avoidable marks, odours, stains or damage
• Be in their original condition as far as reasonably possible
• Include original tags and labels where reasonably possible
• Include original packaging where reasonably possible

You are entitled to handle an item only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where the value of an item has been reduced because of handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

Customers are normally responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, contact:

revivalathletic@outlook.com

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return, where applicable

Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Please do not send an item to a return address without first obtaining the appropriate return instructions.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law.

Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.

For eligible cancellations involving returned physical goods, refunds will generally be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, where applicable, after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.

Where required by law following cancellation of an entire eligible order, the standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded.

Additional amounts paid for enhanced, express or premium delivery above our least expensive standard delivery option may not be refundable.

EXCHANGES

Where stock availability permits, exchanges may be offered for alternative sizes, colours or replacement products.

If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be issued where appropriate in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

NON-RETURNABLE PHYSICAL ITEMS

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

These may include:

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken
• Other products specifically excluded from cancellation rights under applicable consumer law

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, defective, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to applicable legal requirements.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADABLE TRAINING PROGRAMMES

REVIVAL ATHLETIC may sell digital products, including downloadable online training programmes, training packages, exercise guides and other digital fitness content.

Digital products are generally delivered electronically and may be made available for immediate access or download following purchase.

Digital content is subject to different cancellation rules from physical goods.

Where you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply begins, your statutory right to change your mind will generally end once the supply of the digital content has begun, where permitted by law.

Accordingly, once a downloadable training programme or other digital product has been supplied or made available for access or download following the required consent and acknowledgement, change-of-mind refunds will not normally be provided.

This includes circumstances where you:

• Change your mind after receiving access
• Decide not to use or complete the programme
• Purchase the wrong programme through your own error
• Decide the programme is unsuitable for your personal preferences
• Do not achieve the results you expected

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If digital content is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fails to conform to applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.

If you experience a genuine technical problem preventing you from accessing a purchased digital product, contact revivalathletic@outlook.com with your order number and details of the issue so that we can attempt to resolve it.

PRE-ORDERS

Physical-product pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to applicable statutory rights and any product-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Once a physical pre-order has been dispatched, the relevant provisions of this Returns & Refunds Policy apply.

For digital products purchased before their release date, the applicable digital-content cancellation provisions will apply.

Estimated dispatch or release dates are provided for guidance unless expressly guaranteed otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers purchasing physical products may be responsible for applicable:

• Import duties
• Customs charges
• Taxes
• Local handling fees

These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside our control.

Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer rights that may apply to international customers.

FRAUD AND POLICY ABUSE

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to investigate and refuse returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges where we reasonably believe fraudulent activity or deliberate abuse of this policy has occurred.

This may include false claims regarding delivery or product condition, fraudulent payment disputes or attempts to obtain refunds while retaining or improperly accessing digital products.

Nothing in this section affects legitimate statutory consumer rights.
